We use authentic Hawaiian techniques, home-made vanilla macadamia nut ice cream, and premium syrups inspired by our time in Kauai, creating a light, melt-in-your-mouth texture and true tropical flavors.
What is musubi?
Musubi is a popular Hawaiian snack created from a fusion of local flavors and Japanese influence. It’s made with rice, a protein like Spam or seared tuna, and wrapped in nori (seaweed). It's delicious, portable, and perfect for a quick bite!.
Where are you located?
We currently operate as a pop-up food stand and event catering company around North Vancouver and West Vancouver. Check our Visit Us page for our planned schedule and weekly locations. With your support we hope rent a permanent physical location on the North Shore.

Our business was inspired by our honeymoon in Kauai, where we fell in love with the joyful, refreshing taste of Hawaiian shave ice and decided to bring that experience home.
